Our pricing is determined specifically for every customer and their specific circumstances. All pricing will be clearly defined, itemized, explained and agreed to by all parties before you pay anything!
Scheduled Cleaning
Customers may choose the scheduling frequency that suits their cleaning needs. Daily, weekly, monthly and 6-week intervals are available. Customers also have the ability to pick the cleaning option best for them; options range from basic cleaning all the way up to Hoarding Clean-up/management.
Basic Cleaning Service
Basic Cleaning Service includes: 1 kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and the customer's choice of 2 other rooms.
The top surfaces of counters, stoves, appliances, tables, and other applicable surfaces will be cleaned according to their material makeup. Interior cleaning of appliances will not be included. The interior/exterior cleaning of kitchen/bathroom and any other furniture cabinetry will not be included.
All sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and bathtubs will be fully and appropriately cleaned.
Flooring will be swept, vacuumed, and/or mopped based upon material makeups. Furniture and other items will not be moved during floor cleaning.
Cleaning of baseboards and walls will not be included.
Excessive clutter, debris, buildup, personal belongings, etc. may result in extra charges. Exceptionally large or heavily furnished rooms may result in extra charges.
Move-in and Move-out Cleaning Services
These services are provided before the customer moves into a new property or after the customer moves out of a property. The property will be empty of all personal items and furnishings. Appliances included with the property are covered by this cleaning service.
Pricing will be determined based upon each individual room and the requirements/expectations of the customer and/or property owner, if applicable. These requirements/expectations must be clearly defined in writing before cleaning services can begin.
Deep Cleaning, Decluttering, Organizing, and Hoarding Clean-up Services
